Each member is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activities performed through the account.
4. Profile Information
Members are responsible for ensuring that information, photographs and documents submitted to the platform are accurate, appropriate and lawfully provided.
Ariel Matrimony may review, approve, reject, suspend or remove profiles, photographs or other content that violates platform standards or requires further verification.
5. Membership Services
Certain features may require an active paid membership. Features, duration, limits and entitlements depend on the membership package selected by the member.
Access to protected contact information is subject to the membership and entitlement rules applicable at the time the feature is used.
6. Acceptable Use
- Do not impersonate another person.
- Do not submit false, misleading or fraudulent information.
- Do not harass, threaten, exploit or abuse another member.
- Do not scrape, copy, harvest or commercially misuse member information.
- Do not attempt to bypass security, membership or access-control mechanisms.
- Do not use the service for commercial solicitation, trafficking, exploitation or any unlawful activity.
7. Matchmaking and Astrology Features
Search results, AI-assisted recommendations, compatibility indicators and astrology or porutham features are decision-support tools. They do not constitute a guarantee of marriage, compatibility, personal character or a successful relationship.
Members and families remain responsible for their own enquiries, decisions and due diligence.
8. Suspension or Termination
Access may be limited, suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary for verification, security, policy enforcement, suspected fraud, abuse or violation of these Terms.
9. Limitation of Service
Ariel Matrimony facilitates matrimonial discovery and communication but does not guarantee that any member will receive a particular number of matches, responses or matrimonial outcomes.
10. Changes
These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in the platform, membership services, legal requirements or operating practices. Continued use of the service is subject to the latest published version.
