Ariel Matrimony

Refund Policy

No-refund policy governing successfully paid and activated Ariel Matrimony memberships.

1. No Refund for Activated Memberships

Once payment is successfully completed and the selected membership package is activated, the membership fee is strictly non-refundable.

Paid membership benefits and access to the matrimonial profile database become available immediately after successful activation. A member may browse and review the available matrimonial profiles and use the applicable paid features within a short period after activation, including within a few hours. For this reason, an activated membership cannot be cancelled for a refund after access has been provided.

2. No Refund Based on Usage or Matrimonial Outcome

No refund will be provided based on the amount of time the membership was used, the number of profiles viewed, the number of contact details accessed, the member finding or not finding a suitable profile, receiving or not receiving responses, a change of mind, or non-use of the remaining membership period.

Ariel Matrimony provides access to matrimonial discovery and related membership features but does not guarantee that a member will find a suitable match or that a matrimonial relationship or marriage will result from use of the service.

3. Review the Membership Package Before Payment

Members are requested to carefully review the membership package, duration, benefits, applicable usage limits and eligibility conditions before completing payment.

By completing the payment and activating a paid membership, the member acknowledges that digital matrimonial services and applicable profile-access benefits may become available immediately and accepts this No Refund Policy.

4. Duplicate or Incorrect Transactions

The No Refund rule for an activated membership does not prevent Ariel Matrimony from reviewing a genuine duplicate charge, an incorrect transaction, or another verified payment-processing error.

Where a payment has been debited but the corresponding membership was not activated because of a verified technical or payment-processing failure, the matter may be investigated and resolved appropriately.

5. Failed or Pending Payments

A failed, cancelled or pending payment is not treated as a successfully activated membership merely because the member initiated the payment process.

Where an unsuccessful transaction results in a temporary debit, reversal timelines may depend on the payment gateway, bank, card issuer or other payment provider.

6. Payment Support

For a duplicate transaction, payment-processing error or membership activation issue, please contact the Ariel Matrimony Help Center with your Profile ID and payment or transaction reference.

Members should never disclose passwords, OTPs, card PINs or other confidential payment credentials when requesting support.

7. Applicable Legal Requirements

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude any refund, reversal or consumer right that must be provided under applicable law. Where such a legal requirement applies, it will prevail to the extent required.
